The Palapa Bar's cantineros, Martin and Chili, create featured Fat Tuesday frozen drinks as well as the classics from a fully stocked bar. In our cocina, Lety & Carmen prepare culinary dishes unusual to the average bar. Our Tequila Lime Shrimp and Lobster Carribean Crisp are especially tastey.
